I am an engineer with all my heart – whatever exactly that means. I think it is above all the passion for deep tech and the curiosity to understand what exactly lies behind things. But it is precisely the new that frightens many people. That is why I wrote a guest article about the unknown for the VDI (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure, the Association of German Engineers).
