My book Visioneering is finally out. After more than three years of work, it is finally finished – and with it my online tool database!

It is my great pleasure to present my latest work, “Visioneering: Wie visionäre Unternehmen die Welt gestalten können” (how visionary companies can shape the world), to you here on my blog, the place for innovative thoughts and visionary ideas. After intensive work and many inspiring conversations with thought leaders from different industries, the time has finally come: my book is finished and ready to shape the future with you.

In "Visioneering", we explore together how companies can transform their cultures through creative and interdisciplinary approaches and thereby not only drive technological progress, but also create a sustainable, future-oriented world of work. From the fundamentals of skills development and organizational change to leadership and the responsibility of politics, this book covers a broad spectrum that is crucial for mastering the challenges of the modern world of work.
